What you'll be doing

The trade support specialist reports to the supervisor and is responsible for the timely and accurate processing and settlement of security trades and, where appropriate, cash transactions, on behalf of their assigned middle office clients. All tasks must be conducted in accordance with client service level agreements, established policies and procedures and in line with market practice, and all exceptions accurately recorded, investigated, monitored and, as necessary, escalated to ensure timely resolution. The trade support specialist will be required to effectively interface with various global institutions within the financial services industry. The incumbent will interface with, where applicable, custodian banks, brokers, asset managers and securities lending agents. Required to effectively work with various internal functional teams and operational centers of excellence.

What your background should be

0-12 months industry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills. Proficiency in microsoft word and excel required. Works well in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within set deadlines.

Bachelor degree
