What you'll be doing

Provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of properties on behalf of the corporate client. Prepare, recommend and implement a portfolio wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties. Coordinate field resource and other stakeholder in the execution of lease renewal new site acquisition disposition of surplus space through subleasing, sale renewals, early lease termination and more. Implement real estate plan with an understanding of the client strategic real estate goal. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignment and adherence to client driven priorities, commitment and milestone.

What your background should be

Minimum four to six years of related experience and training. Real estate salesperson license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customer. Ability to effectively present information. Require advanced knowledge of financial term and principle. Conduct advanced financial analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex document. Ability to solve problem involving several option in situation. Require advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree from four year college or university.
