Transport Driver

What you'll be doing: The Transport Driver will be required to take responsibility for driving and transporting all finished products and goods directly from production facility to the warehouses. Besides, the candidate for the Transport Driver role will load / unload goods using pallet jacks or forklift or connect / disconnect trailers. The other responsibilities for the Transport Driver position may include: - Accomplish pre- and post trip inspections, and verify seal and load numbers. - Maintain product, vehicle and equipment to the standards of the company. - Maintain Bill of Landing, DOT time log as well as the other paperwork as assigned. - Cope with the other tasks as may be required.

What your background should be: The Transport Driver must comply with the following demands: - High School Diploma or general education degree. - From one to three years of previous work experience highly desired. - Ability to operate all kinds of industrial power trucks. - Ability to operate a 2 / 4 wheel dolly. - Familiarity with DOT regulations. - Valid Class A / driving record. - Good communication skills.
