What you'll be doing

The candidate communicates with internal colleagues and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence. S/he exchange information and resolve issues by researching solution and identifying the best solution, where multiple non standard solutions are available. The successful candidate handle escalated customer issues or further escalate customer issues as appropriate. The ideal individual creates and updates department procedures as required. Participate in system upgrades and testing, as needed. The incumbent cross train regularly to maintain proficiency in a variety of departmental functions and administrative tasks.

What your background should be

Must have at least 1 year proficient direct customer service and transaction processing experience within in a financial services or banking environment. Must have a working knowledge of wire transfers. Wire transfer operations experience highly preferred. Demonstrated PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel). Must have proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ensure efficient and timely deliverables; adapt quickly to an intense and changing environment. Experience servicing customers via telephone, a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree is preferred.
