What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities: - Plan, manage, develop and coordinate all basic aspects of the new line production. - Be a strong leader and driver of the company Operating System. - Set and meet the goals for cycle time, quality and cost. - Launch brand new line on schedule and reach run at rate. - Ramp production in accordance with the customers

What your background should be

In order to fit this position the incumbent must: - Demonstrated leadership qualities, self motivation and ability to work independently. - Possess a Class A CDL with a clean driving record. - Be 21years of age. - Have ability to regularly carry / lift up to 60 lbs. - Have at least five years of prior experience within the Heavy Trucking industry. - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills. - Pass the drug test and have clean background check.
