What you'll be doing
- Provide leadership and direction in design the experience model across channel. Provide thought leadership in promote and apply user centric design thinking on project. Project lead on define the user experience, including storytelling, persona, process flow and interaction. Oversee the work of junior user experience architect; guide them on process, provide feedback on deliverable, mentor client interaction. Develop and maintain relationship with client stakeholder. Collaborate on user experience plan with a lead experience architect. Consult with client and lead experience architect. Research interaction design trend. Perform other duty as assigned.
What your background should be
- 4+ years of experience working as an information architect, interaction designer or user experience designer. Experience working on multiple projects with differing deadlines, ideally in a client services setting. Proficient in wireframing tools. Experience with enterprise level projects. Experience in a client facing role. Experience with mobile design a plus. Demonstrate a strong belief in user centric design coupled with the ability to explain how to approach design and flexibility execute a methodology for different types of client.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as information design, human computer interaction, library science, cognitive science, graphic design or industrial design a plus.
