Vans Stockroom Supervisor

What you'll be doing: Assist with incoming delivery and outgoing transfer of shipment; maintain replenishment of stock level on the sale floor. Assist with stockroom organization as well as maintaining store and stockroom appearance in accordance to company standard and guideline. Assist with ensuring proper sale promotional setup of store and maintenance of sale floor and stockroom to create a neat, clean, and well-presented store. Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as needed. Adhere to company policy and procedure, standard and practice, regulatory compliance and company directive including loss prevention, health and safety, human resource and proper cash handling procedure followed.

What your background should be: Relevant working experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is required. Strong interpersonal skill desired. Excellent customer service skill desired. Ability to analyze problem & issue from different point of view. Able to accurately assess customer technical knowledge and communicate information in a way the customer can understand. Able to remain calm during tense or stressful situation.
