What you'll be doing

The candidates will focus on proposal content, ensuring win strategy elements and customer-centric solutions documented in the capture phase are articulated within the written proposal response. Regularly meet with NSS and CGO executive team to communicate status and pursuit needs and also capture managers and solution architects to discuss status of pursuits. Serve as an advocate of the proposal process and train BDSC personnel and proposal team personnel as needed. Maintain and oversee the successful development of storyboards and/or annotated outlines. Ensure the storyboard/annotated outline process is followed. Provide guidance and review of content. Ensure proposal managers are the coaches and counselors of storyboard content. Ensure proposal managers affect content and are empowered to drive the team.

What your background should be

Minimum of 15 years of proposal management experience required with working knowledge of the Government procurement process, DoD and intelligence community organizations, as well as a strong working knowledge of the Government IT services industry. Must have proven experience in reading and analyzing requests for proposals, creating proposal outlines and schedules, managing the activities of writers, storyboard development, and re-writing material under tight deadline constraints.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required and Master preferred.
