What you'll be doing

Creates strategy and provides direction for implementations for all markets. Oversees for all markets, contract issuance and ongoing contract changes and for the end-to-end plan change and benefit summary processes for dental, life, disability and vision. Includes voluntary product benefit summary responsibilities. Ultimate accountability for the day-to-day operations and administrative transaction processing results and quality. Drives growth through improvement in serving the core and voluntary business. Partners with the senior leadership team members and additional partner stakeholders to clearly understand current state and formulate future and long-term business strategies, plans and goals. Oversees the creation and delivery of a quality management system for the operations function. Integrates new operating model and existing processes to deliver seamless customer experience. Evaluates and continuously improves organizational capabilities and support structure required to implement expense management and growth strategies. Develops short-term and long-term approaches to workforce planning. Leads an environment that promotes associate skill building, job satisfaction and engagement.

What your background should be

15+ years of relevant business experience. Strong knowledge of group insurance operational processes and systems. Advanced skills in insurance operations, project and change management. Experience managing large/complex customer service or operational organizations. Talent management skills and the ability to develop a strong team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
