What you'll be doing
- Respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical or procedural support. Provide ad hoc training on systems utilized by supported departments. Troubleshoot system issues and act as a liaison between field and IT. Monitor and grant user access to various systems, applications and databases. Track and monitor problem resolution. Document issue resolution and communicate solutions to team. Gather information from various databases and provide ad hoc reporting. Partner with corporate accounting to identify and resolve errors related to the purchase, maintenance or sale of vehicles. Assist department hub administrators with technical and design support.
What your background should be
- Minimum of three years of help desk support role experience or customer service experience in a corporate setting. Intermediate level proficiency or above with Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficiency with Microsoft Access preferred. Must possess a valid driving license with a safe driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future. Solid understanding of technical terminology, concepts and functions. Ability to maintain confidential information. Strong time management and organizational skills. Exceptional communications both verbal and written. Comfortable working independently or in a team.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in business or information technology preferred
