What you'll be doing
- Move cart through bin aisles and pick the correct items from product bins. Responsible for maintaining daily production records, to be reviewed by supervisor. Pack customer orders by verifying products selected for customer orders and checking off appropriately on packing lists. Select appropriately sized boxes for shipment to avoid bending, crushing, or shifting of items during delivery. Report any error in product selection or quality to packing supervisor and corrects the order as necessary before shipment. Dispose of unneeded packaging appropriately to ensure safe and clean working conditions. Perform various related duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds. Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Solid communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. Ability to stand for long periods of time, and make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma.
