What you'll be doing
- Websphere Commerce Architect will be responsible for developing Java/J2EE and websphere commerce applications. He/she will provide technical design and develop application implementation plans. This person will be responsible for integrating technologies such as REST, SOAP, Web Services, SOA, and JSON and need to have a strong understanding of XML, JSP, jQuery, and Ajax and how it relates to the interface design and HTML layout. He/she will also be responsible for leading code review sessions and proactive in developing and designing future solutions. Understanding of technologies XML, JSP, jQuery, & Ajax.
What your background should be
- 7+ years of application development with Java/J2EE. Development experience with multiple versions of Websphere Commerce. Integration experience with REST, SOAP, Web Services, SOA and JSON.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
