What you'll be doing

The associate will work with the wellness director to provide consistent, high quality member service in the wellness department. Specific responsibility include front line member service at wellness desk and on wellness floor, recommend and connect members with wellness program to suit their need and work with operation membership software. The associate will work collaboratively with wellness staff and other department; effectively assist members in meeting their wellness goal; support overall wellness department initiative and develop and maintain positive relationship with members, staffs and volunteers.

What your background should be

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary. Wellness experience and expertise is required. Problem solving abilities and time management skills are necessary.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in a wellness related field preferred.
