What you'll be doing

As a wireless sales consultant for cellular sales, you will greet customers in stores; ascertain what each individual needs and make recommendations based on specifications. Developing new personal and business accounts. Providing information about wireless phone and internet services. Monitoring the competition. Applicant also responsible for recommending changes in products and services to existing customers. Resolving customer complaints. Maintaining professional and technological knowledge of innovative technology. The candidate will compute sales prices, total purchases, receive, and process payments.

What your background should be

Candidate must possess a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit. Must also have effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills and strong negotiating abilities. Minimum 2 years of direct sales or relevant experience. Technical aptitude and being computer literate; bilingual skills (Spanish), a plus.

Required Schooling / Training

College degree preferred.
